As a Risk & Compliance Officer at an organization, you step into a role where the foundation is set.
You ensure that important risk and compliance processes continue to run, monitor the progress of critical files, and are the point of contact for clients, management, and the supervisory authority.
What you will do.
- Take over the ongoing activities from the current Risk & Compliance Manager
- Be responsible for the implementation of the existing risk & compliance framework
- Prepare Non-Financial Risk reports
- Conduct risk analyses for WTP projects and Statements of Technical Feasibility (VTU)
- Provide the annual SIRA
- Prepare monthly reports for the supervisory authority
- Monitor outstanding findings and provide the correct documentation in a timely manner
- Assess Vendor Risk Assessments
- Support audits and due diligence processes
- Maintain regular contact with clients, internal stakeholders, and the supervisory authority
What they ask
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) working and thinking level
- Demonstrable experience with Risk & Compliance within the pension sector
- Experience with supervisory oversight and reporting to supervisory authorities
- Experience with WTP, SIRA, and operational risk management
- Independent, analytical, and accurate in your way of working
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
Preferences.
- Knowledge of DORA and outsourcing policy
- Experience with Vendor Risk Management
- Experience within a pension administrator or pension administration
