As a civilian employee/instructor, you will guide students during their practical week at a government organization. They follow a two-year training program, spending three weeks at school and one week at the Learning Dock. Here, they work on an overarching assignment where they apply their ICT knowledge in practice.
What you do
- Guide students in applying ICT knowledge in practice, such as setting up networks and working with limited resources during exercises.
- Act as a supervisor, coach, and point of contact for students.
- Assist with professional and personal development.
- Teach independent and solution-oriented work.
- Guide students in working under challenging circumstances.
- Set a good example: professional, flexible, and solution-oriented.
What they ask
- Experienced and mature professional who is resilient.
- Minimum of an MBO-4 degree in ICT.
- Good ICT skills and experience with Windows Server.
- Knowledge of Azure, IOS, Linux, radio and communication systems, electrical engineering, and soldering is a plus.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work with young people.
Practical
- A security screening and reference check (upon request) are part of the selection procedure.
- An assessment may be part of the selection procedure.
- You must possess Dutch nationality.
