As a Self-Insurance Casemanager (ERD), you will be the activating force in the reintegration of (former) employees receiving a WGA benefit. You will take the lead in reintegration processes within a large government organization. Good personnel care is one of the pillars of this organization. Active support for reintegration is an inseparable part of this. You will be the connecting link between the reintegrating individuals, internal stakeholders, and external chain partners.
With a caseload of approximately 60 files, you will have a diversity of personal contacts and work on complex files. You are never alone, as the department bundles a wealth of expertise. You recognize opportunities and offer perspective to get back to work.
What you will do. As an ERD casemanager, you are the indispensable director of your own caseload. You initiate the most appropriate and effective actions for each WGA, WW, and ZW file.
- Case Management and Compliance: You actively manage, monitor, and guarantee progress, quality, and correct compliance with Self-Insurance obligations, intervening as necessary.
- Guidance and Support: You maintain regular contact with and advise (former) employees on the development of their employability and on applicable regulations.
- Action Plans: You develop these for and with (former) employees, and ensure the deployment of professional guidance in reintegration processes.
- Advising: As a substantive expert, you advise, solicited or unsolicited, line managers and (chain) partners on the status and best possible reintegration approach.
- Risk Management: You review UWV decisions and reintegration plans for accuracy and completeness. You advise where necessary on improving files. You monitor financial obligations and develop possibilities to limit them. You play your role in reassessments and objection & appeal procedures.
- Collaboration: You promote and maintain cooperation with crucial (chain) partners such as an implementing agency, reintegration companies, and insurance doctors. You actively build this network.

- You are socially and communicatively strong and able to adapt your advice and messages to the diversity of internal and external interlocutors.
What they ask
- You have a relevant HBO diploma.
- You are CROV-trained or willing to become so.
- You have preferably work experience in a large organization (> 1000 employees).
- You have several years of work experience in reintegration or as a track 2 casemanager.
- You possess a B driving license.
