Account Manager

• Play a crucial role in converting rental leads into rental contracts.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients.
• Expand the network and portfolio through proactive prospecting.
• Focus on key partners such as relocation agencies, EU institutions, embassies, and multinationals.
• Proactively manage and convert rental leads via the CRM system to maximize opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely administration of client interactions and rental activities.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
• Provide personalized advice to clients, ensuring they are matched with the apartment that best suits their needs.
• Guide clients through the entire rental process, from initial inquiry to signed rental agreement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.

What they ask

• A BIV/IPI accreditation (Belgian Institute of Real Estate Agents).
• Proven experience in account management, real estate, or a customer-focused role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools and Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Adobe).
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Fluent in English and proficient in another language (French, Dutch, and other languages are a plus).
