What you will do.

- Experienced independent interim manager, COO, or business consultant with a strong background in operational management and organizational development
- Proficient in analyzing companies, structuring, and guiding improvement trajectories
- Strongly analytical, pragmatic, and dares to critically question existing working methods
- Combines a business-oriented and results-driven approach with strong communication skills and sufficient maturity to function within a family shareholder structure
- Experience in management, organizational development, or interim management
- Strong financial and organizational insight
