The company carries out projects such as monumental transformations and urban foundation repair. They work with a compact core team, a network of top specialists, and an AI-driven construction process for procurement, planning, and quality assurance.
What you do
- Daily management on multiple urban locations for monumental transformation and foundation repair.
- Continuous quality control per STABU component via digital checklists, with extra attention to monumental values and environmental management.
- Coordination with the environment, local authorities, and supervisors.
- Weekly work meetings with subcontractors and providing input for the interactive overall planning.
What they ask
- Mbo+/hbo degree in civil engineering, a restoration education is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of execution experience with monuments, restoration, or foundation repair.
- Knowledge of urban logistics and environmental management.
- Digitally skilled, accurate, and strong communicator.
Practical
- The assignment is possible both as an employee and on a freelance (ZZP) basis.
- For freelancers, a minimum commitment of 12 months is required.
