As a civilian employee at a defense organization, you contribute to peace and security with your specialization. You work together in a team of military personnel, reservists, and civilian employees.
What you do
- Responsible for the timely and correct execution of assigned tasks on Ground Support Equipment within a support department
- Includes preventive and corrective maintenance, including fault analysis, administrative processing, and releasing completed work
- For larger tasks, act as a team leader, distributing tasks and guiding and supervising mechanics
- Perform work according to applicable laws and regulations and technical documentation
- Responsible for the quality and completeness of the work
- Co-determine the sequence of work and the deployability of equipment by releasing maintenance
