For an organization, a recruiter is sought to work on-site. The assignment can also be filled for 3/5 or 4/5 time. As a recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment and onboarding process for blue-collar profiles within a production environment. You build strong collaboration with temporary employment partners, candidates, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional candidate experience from first contact to start-up.
What you do
- Actively contacting operators and technical profiles
- Conducting job interviews and coordinating schedules
- Performing screenings (telephonic and physical)
- Drafting structured interview reports
- Advising hiring managers on suitable candidates
- Coordinating the selection process
- Organizing and following up on test shifts
- Providing timely feedback to candidates and temporary employment agencies
- Following up on all administrative steps within the selection process
- Being the point of contact for candidates throughout the entire process
- Organizing and conducting onboarding sessions
- Providing explanations about employment conditions, company guidelines, and practical arrangements
- Explaining contracts for direct hires
- Ensuring a smooth, warm, and positive integration of new colleagues

- Professional bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel administration
- Experience in recruiting blue-collar profiles or technical roles is a strong asset
- Gaining energy from contact with candidates and easily building relationships
- Communicating fluently and professionally with various stakeholders
- Working in a structured manner and maintaining an overview of multiple files simultaneously
- Administratively strong and accurate
