A government organization is currently undergoing significant expansion and is looking for a proactive project leader. You will take charge of various complex internal change projects, focusing on transforming working methods, processes, and introducing new approaches, such as Agile working and capacity management. Additionally, you will be responsible for process-driven management and optimization of internal operations, and will act as a coordinator for extensive acquisition programs and tenders.
What you do
- Execute change projects from assignment formulation to the successful implementation of new processes and working methods.
- Lead various internal projects that directly contribute to optimizing internal operations and streamlining capacity planning.
- Act as a coordinator and provide substantive support for major tenders and acquisition programs.
- Proactively follow up on actions with all involved internal and external parties, including demanders and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and ensure that both internal projects and tenders remain strictly within agreed frameworks.
What they ask
- HBO or university degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Background in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Significant work experience gained within large, complex organizations.
- Extremely strong in stakeholder management and capable of decisive communication.
- Knowledge of Agile and PRINCE2 is desired (preferably demonstrable with a diploma or certificate); if not, it is expected to be obtained within one year of commencement.
- Demonstrable experience in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Experience and/or knowledge of change or change management is a strong advantage.
Practical
- A security screening (VGB) is part of the application process.
- Dutch nationality is required.
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is a prerequisite for appointment.
