Business Transformation Analyst

Support internal teams through their digital transformation by understanding current processes, defining future visions, identifying AI and digital solutions, and bridging business and technology while ensuring strategic alignment.

What you will do.

• Analyze existing processes, organizational dynamics, and pain points to establish a baseline for transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture, challenge, and formalize requirements and transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to define a clear, realistic, and ambitious future vision aligned with IT capabilities and strategic goals.
• Research and evaluate digital and AI opportunities leveraging market trends and best practices.
• Translate business needs into actionable briefs for IT and maintain alignment throughout development.
• Monitor ongoing initiatives to identify overlaps, dependencies, and strategic inconsistencies.
• Prepare structured presentations and materials for senior stakeholders, making complex topics accessible.
• Support adoption of new processes by guiding teams through change management and ensuring sustained usage.
• Identify and assess potential AI use cases, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize them in alignment with business objectives.
