In doing so, you directly contribute to the renewal of healthcare education in the Netherlands. The program works on a fundamental renewal of the training and development of healthcare professionals in hospitals, with a focus on simulated practical learning.
What you will do.
- Support the board and program team and work closely with the program manager and project leader(s) in daily operations.
- Support agenda and planning management: ensure that contact details, documents, schedules, and other program information are easily findable and up-to-date.
- Support the organization of events (arranging locations for meetings, maintaining contact with event venues, supporting the organization of annual events).
- Ensure that meetings and events run smoothly by planning them efficiently and providing support where necessary.
- Responsible for managing the mailbox. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure smooth, prompt, and professional communication.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the program team and project leaders where necessary.
- Understand the team's needs and know how to connect the right people at the right time for effective collaboration.
- Will be given ample opportunity to further develop the role and help shape it, with the possibility of taking on new responsibilities.
Your profile.
- Minimum MBO+/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Preferably at least three years of experience in an organizational or coordinating role.
- Communicate professionally and carefully, both verbally and in writing.
- Easily switch between different stakeholders and their interests.
- Have a sense of different interests, responsibilities, and decision-making lines within organizations.
- Feel at home in an environment where not everything is yet fully developed and where priorities can change.
- Enjoy improving work processes and taking on more responsibility.
- Work well with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Experience within a healthcare institution, educational organization, foundation, program organization, or other collaborative partnership is welcome, but not essential.
Practical
- You will work in an enthusiastic team and have extensive contact with organizations and professionals from the healthcare, education, government, and technology sectors.
