Clinical Psychologist

A healthcare organization is looking for a clinical psychologist with a passion for Basic Mental Healthcare (Basis GGZ). You will have the opportunity to develop into a specialist in generalist practice. The team is young and dynamic, characterized by strong bonds, a positive work atmosphere, and good collaboration. The team consists of a diverse mix of professionals, including a psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, basic psychologists, and nurses.

What you will do.

• You will conduct intakes and treatments based on a generalist, short-term treatment model (KOP model);
• You will independently manage the treatment and take responsibility;
• You will actively contribute to the weekly multidisciplinary meeting;
• As the primary clinician, you will provide supervision and professional guidance for treatments carried out by other clinicians.

Although you work independently, there is close collaboration with general practitioners and other colleagues working in the neighborhoods. There is always room to discuss cases and think creatively about possibilities for clients.

What they ask

• A completed education as a clinical psychologist and a valid BIG registration;
• Good, nuanced language skills;
• Entrepreneurial and independent;
• Affinity with short-term treatment and the desire to develop into a specialist in generalism;
• The ability to motivate and stimulate in treatment contacts;
• Preferably, experience with applying the KOP model.

A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
