You will work as an international service technician for an organization. You will be the representative for customers worldwide. You are responsible for the commissioning of new projects and providing service to existing installations. Approximately 50% of the time you will work on-site with customers, sometimes for up to two consecutive weeks.
What you do
- Commissioning new installations at customers worldwide
- Performing service and maintenance work
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions
- Advising and supporting customers and colleagues
- Reporting on performed activities
What they ask
- Completed technical education, preferably in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 50% of the time (sometimes up to 2 consecutive weeks)
- Experience as a service technician is a plus, but not a must
- Good command of Dutch and/or English, knowledge of German is a pre
- Independent, flexible
Practical
- An onboarding trajectory of 1 to 1.5 years, starting in assembly, construction, and the testing department
- Working with challenging and clean technology such as high-end robots, machines, and the best quality tools
