To strengthen a Talent Team, an organization is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will replace a colleague for at least six months during her maternity leave. The role involves attracting, connecting, and guiding talent, taking ownership of vacancies, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
What you will do.
- Independently manage vacancies from A to Z.
- Be a true sparring partner for hiring managers and guide candidates through their entire application process.
- Ensure a professional, efficient, and human-centered candidate experience from intake to contract signing.
- Responsible for recruiting a wide range of profiles within Finance, IT, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Service, and R&D, among others.
- Discuss vacancy needs with hiring managers and translate them into a strong search strategy.
- Publish vacancies and proactively search for talent through various channels, including LinkedIn.
- Conduct screenings and selection interviews, and coordinate tests and assessments.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the entire selection process.
- Develop salary proposals in collaboration with HR colleagues and hiring managers.
- Handle contract drafting and discussion, and support a smooth onboarding.
- Actively build talent pools for future recruitments.
- Depending on knowledge and experience, opportunity to contribute to broader HR and Talent projects.

- Experience in talent acquisition.

- Strong communication skills and easily builds relationships.
- Keeps a cool head when managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
