Reintegration Work Consultant

• You are able to independently make a thorough analysis of a resident's possibilities, resilience, obstacles, and support needs.
• You determine, together with the resident, which steps are necessary and feasible and manage the implemented trajectory.
• Work is the starting point where possible.
• When paid employment is not yet feasible, you work specifically to reduce the distance to the labor market and increase participation and self-reliance.
• You work integrally and actively seek collaboration with colleagues and partners in areas such as income, Wmo, debt counseling, integration, welfare, care, UWV, employer services, education, job coaching, and employers.
• You dare to take the lead, ask probing questions, substantiate decisions, set boundaries, and at the same time remain connected with the resident.

What they ask

• Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a Work Consultant, Reintegration Consultant, Work Client Manager, or in a comparable position within a government organization.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with residents with a large distance to the labor market and/or multi-problem situations.
• Demonstrable work experience in guiding residents who are included in the Job Agreement target group register and/or who have an indication for sheltered employment.
• Demonstrable work experience with the Participation Act and reintegration provisions, including wage cost subsidies and job coaching.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience with case management and trajectory guidance within the social domain.
• Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.

Preferences.

• Minimum of 4 years demonstrable work experience with residents with a large distance to the labor market and/or multi-problem situations.
• Demonstrable work experience with residents who are included in the Job Agreement target group register and/or have an indication for sheltered employment.
• Demonstrable work experience with the implementation of reintegration provisions, including wage cost subsidies, job coaching, trial placements, and work experience placements.
• Demonstrable work experience with case management in complex files involving collaboration with multiple chain partners.
• Demonstrable work experience within a comparable urban region.
• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the direction of Social Work, MWD, SJD, Applied Psychology, Pedagogy, or similar.
