Clients with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury live in a residential facility.

The facility is located in a wooded area in a residential neighborhood.
Clients have their own apartment, spread over two floors, with fourteen units per floor.
Each floor has a shared living room with a kitchen and a dedicated team of support workers.
Joint activities such as cooking and eating are organized.

What you do

You provide tailored support to clients with personal care (washing, dressing, medication).
You offer guidance, structure, and stimulate memory and independence.
You work according to an individual care plan, in collaboration with colleagues and other professionals.
You contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment.

Your qualities.

You are empathetic, warm-hearted, and attentive to the wishes and needs of residents.
You think in possibilities and solutions.
You can work well independently but are also a true team player.
You have at least a completed MBO level 3 education (VIG, Maatschappelijke Zorg or similar).
You have experience with nursing technical actions, such as administering medication.
You are flexible and available for varying shifts.

Preferences.

Experience with acquired brain injury (NAH) or physically disabled (LG) is a plus.

You start with a temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
Classification according to the CAO for disability care, scale FWG 35.
