Responsible for the end-to-end development of a uniform customer creation process within an organization.
- Standardize customer creation, validation, and onboarding.
- Set up a governance model (roles, responsibilities, KPIs).
- Harmonize and clean customer data across systems and business units.
- Align data definitions for a consistent customer view.
- Drive the implementation of various systems, including Salesforce.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT.
- Guide change and adoption.
- Improve data quality and reduce inconsistencies.
- Lay the foundation for Customer 360, AI, and cross-selling initiatives.
Profile
- Experience in IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of data governance.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
