What you will do.

- Support issues related to inspections and results from parent and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Act as an experienced sparring partner for location managers and operational management.
- Quickly switch between different locations, teams, and issues.

- Easily connects with teams, dares to provide direction, and brings calm and structure.
- Extensive leadership experience within childcare.
- Knows how to coach, motivate, and further develop teams.
- Experience with change processes, quality improvement, and organizational development.
- Easily switches between operational and tactical issues.
- Strong communicator, decisive, and solution-oriented.
- Flexible in deployment.
- Gets energy from variety and situations where expertise makes a direct difference.
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
