Do you want to make a real impact on stopping domestic violence? As a social worker, you help clients regain safety, strength, and perspective. You will work in a dedicated team and be given space to provide tailor-made support and develop yourself.
What you will do.
- Guide individual clients dealing with domestic violence.
- Increase the safety, resilience, and self-reliance of clients.
- Work with diverse cases, from acute shelter to long-term guidance.
- Handle complex situations where your expertise and professionalism make a difference.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with colleagues and chain partners.
- Always keep an eye on safety and the system surrounding the client.
- Combine coaching with practical support and contribute ideas for suitable solutions.
- Discuss cases and make decisions with the team, behavioral expert, and process facilitator.
Profile
- Engaged, strong, and empathetic.
- Able to plan well and adapt flexibly as situations change.
- Work independently, but find collaboration natural.
- Work trauma-sensitively, ask questions with respect and clarity.
- Translate insights into concrete plans and reports.
- Reflective, eager to learn, and professionally critical.

- Primarily work during the day, with 2 to 4 on-call and weekend shifts per year.
What they ask
- A relevant HBO degree, such as Social Work, SPH, MWD, or Applied Psychology.
- SKJ registration or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience or affinity with the safety domain.
- Flexibility to work occasionally outside office hours (approximately 2 weekend and 2 on-call shifts per year).
- Knowledge of the social network and other languages is a plus.
