A leading growing company has an urgent need for a Production Team Leader.
What you do
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 10-20 employees within a dynamic production environment
- Coordinate daily production activities and monitor planning, efficiency
- Follow up on safety, quality, OEE, and non-conforming products, and adjust where necessary
- Responsible for staffing, training, briefings, and shift handovers
- Clearly address and correct employees regarding safety, quality
- Collaborate with process engineers, technical staff, and other team leaders on operational improvements
- Ensure uniform operations across different shifts
What they ask
- Experience in managing a team in a production or operational environment
- Strong people management skills and communicative
- Hands-on, results-oriented
- Technical affinity
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Willing to work in 2 shifts
- Assertive and sufficiently mature to coach, motivate, and correct employees
Preferences.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
