This is a temporary fulfillment for a permanent vacancy with side-by-side activities under leadership and supervision within a government organization.
What you will do.
- Supervise construction projects, spatial planning, green areas, and compliance with the General Local Ordinance (APV).
- Identify deviations.
- Engage in discussions with residents and businesses.
- Take enforcement action when necessary.
- Advise on enforcement matters, administrative coercion, and technical issues.
- Be responsible for accurate reporting and administrative processing of your activities.
Profile
- You will work closely with colleagues, residents, businesses, and an environmental agency.
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of MBO level 4.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a supervisor or enforcer at a government organization.
- Demonstrable completed ABW 1 course.
- Agree to the stated secondment conditions.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO level.
- Demonstrable completed ABW 2 course.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a construction supervisor or enforcer at a government organization.
- Demonstrable completed course or training in Supervision and Enforcement of Building and Housing Part 1.
- Demonstrable completed course or training in Supervision and Enforcement of Environment (HAMIL).
- Demonstrable completed course or training in Supervision and Enforcement of Environmental Law (basic training).
