For a retail organization, we are looking for a shop manager with a strong commercial mindset. As a manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the store and ensure an excellent customer experience.
What you do
- Professionally advise customers on the purchase of electrical appliances
- Actively sell and guide customers to the right choice
- Ensure a customer-friendly and well-maintained store
- Organize and follow up on deliveries
- If possible: perform deliveries and installations at customers' homes
- Build a lasting relationship with customers through service and advice
Profile
- You are commercially strong and have a passion for sales
- You are customer-oriented and provide professional advice
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to operate a store independently
- You work independently and take responsibility
- Technical interest in electrical appliances is a plus
- Experience in sales or retail is an advantage
- Delivering and installing appliances at home yourself is a plus
- Dutch (Very good)
- No specific study requirements
Practical
- The retail organization offers you the opportunity to operate independently without financial risk within an established retail organization
- The organization pays the rent, stock, and store fitting
- Support through marketing, logistics, and after-sales service
- Professional support from the organization
- Only a limited bank guarantee of €12,500 is required
