A healthcare organization is looking for a clinical psychologist for a multidisciplinary team. The team operates in a diverse working area with both older neighborhoods and modern new constructions, as well as several protected living facilities, which ensures a broad and mixed target group. The work is varied, challenging, and socially valuable. You will contribute to specialized mental healthcare and actively promote the recovery vision.
What you will do.
- Psychological treatment of clients with multi-complex problems
- Performing in-depth and complex psychodiagnostics
- Consultation for stalled treatments and guiding therapists and psychologists/healthcare psychologists
- Supporting the team with complex cases and contributing to treatment strategies
- Crisis interventions and shaping compulsory care within the Compulsory Mental Healthcare Act
- Chairing treatment plan discussions
You will work both outreach and in the office, focusing on diagnostics, treatment, and strengthening the team's content. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing specialists, healthcare psychologists, SPVs, basic psychologists, nurses, and mental healthcare social workers.
Profile
- BIG-registered clinical psychologist
- Affinity with severe psychiatric disorders and possibly addiction problems
- Endorses the importance of person-centered and recovery-oriented care and visibly demonstrates this in your work
- Able to inspire a multidisciplinary team and eager to make a substantive contribution to the treatment vision
- Strong communication skills, meticulous in reporting, and able to plan your activities well
- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required
