A government organization temporarily requires specialized expertise for delivering concrete results for a defined number of land and real estate transactions. The assignment is results-oriented and pertains to specifically named transactions, not to structural capacity or regular portfolio management. Each transaction will be executed based on a pre-agreed written sub-assignment.
What you will do.
- Deliver complete issuance dossiers suitable for municipal decision-making for land issuance (housing construction, infrastructural projects).
- Deliver complete sales dossiers suitable for decision-making and transfer for social real estate properties.
- Deliver complete dossiers suitable for decision-making and legal settlement for easements and real rights.
- Deliver complete sales or issuance dossiers suitable for decision-making and transfer for commercial plots.
- Responsible for the timely and correct delivery of deliverables within the professional sphere of influence.
- Independently determine the professional approach, order of activities, organization of execution, personal planning, location, and times of work within established frameworks.
- Coordinate with project leaders, legal advisors, and asset managers as necessary for sub-assignments.
What they ask
- Demonstrably operated independently as an entrepreneur or contractor for at least three years in the past seven years (for self-employed registration).
- Minimum of one year demonstrable work experience as a real estate advisor within a government organization.
- 'Bring your own device' applies (no IT resources provided).
- Demonstrable work experience with at least one of the following transaction types: land issuance, real estate sales, ground lease constructions, or establishment or modification of real rights.
Wishes.
- Demonstrably completed comparable transactions independently in the past seven years, consisting of one or more of the following areas: land issuance, real estate sales, commercial plot sales, ground lease constructions, easements, and/or area development-related real estate transactions.
- Minimum of two years demonstrable work experience as a real estate advisor at a government organization.
- Description of at least one reference assignment from the past seven years in which a complex land or real estate transaction was executed and completed as an independently responsible professional.
- Completed education in Real Estate, Real Estate Management, or Real Estate (WO-bachelor or HBO-bachelor level).
Practical
- The contractor is registered in the Commercial Register and has a VAT identification number.
- The contractor has appropriate professional or business liability insurance.
- Free to undertake assignments for other clients simultaneously, provided there is no conflict of interest or breach of agreed confidentiality.
- No salary during illness, no right to paid vacation, holiday pay, leave, or other employment-related entitlements.
