Real Estate Project Manager

• Participate in meetings about ongoing maintenance or sustainability projects.
• Discuss progress, potential bottlenecks, and necessary actions with colleagues and partners.
• Maintain an overview, monitor agreements, and ensure clear communication.
• Work on new projects, collaborating with purchasing and technical colleagues.
• Prepare the procurement for projects.
• Answer questions from tenants, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain contact with the various parties involved in your projects.
• Visit project locations to check progress and speak with the executor.
• Process key points and determine necessary actions.
• Manage projects from preparation to execution.

• Responsible for heavier and more complex projects in the field of sustainability, renovation, maintenance, and transformation of homes and buildings.
• Guide projects such as large-scale connection of homes to heating networks and addressing complex or problematic complexes.
• Successful realization of projects from preparation to completion.
• Collaborate with various internal and external parties.
• Align interests, risks, planning, quality, and budget.
• Take the lead and make decisions when necessary to keep the project moving.
• Work within a department with diverse expertise, with a lot of freedom and responsibility.

What they ask

• Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in independently leading complex real estate or construction projects.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to maintain an overview and prioritize, even when a project becomes complex.
