What you do
- Provide care to adults with a diversity of psychiatric disorders, such as anxiety and mood problems, personality problems, trauma, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, and comorbid problems.
- Provide outpatient care.
- Monitor the treatment process and ensure an optimal treatment environment for patients and their relatives.
- Look beyond the patient's illness and pay attention to the person behind it, with an eye for the socio-economic and cultural context.
- Conduct intakes and establish diagnoses and indications.
- Perform pharmacotherapeutic treatments and diagnostics.
- Develop treatment plans under supervision, in collaboration with the patient and their relatives.
- Continuously develop yourself through internal training and by learning from colleagues in a multidisciplinary team.
- Occasionally participate in 24-hour on-call services outside office hours (approximately 2 to 3 shifts per month).
