This BBL training for Basic Caregiver (MBO level 3) starts in April 2027 and is aimed at career changers and care assistants who want to transition into healthcare without years of study. You will make the daily lives of residents in a care institution special by supporting and caring for them.
What you do
- Assisting with personal care.
- Supporting medication administration.
- Facilitating social contacts.
- Organizing appropriate care, tailored to the resident.
What they ask
- Willingness to work irregular shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
- Prior education comparable to vmbo kader, mavo, or an MBO level 2 qualification minimum.
- Demonstrable work and thinking level at MBO level 3 (intake test possible).
- Willingness to be vaccinated for Hep.B or already vaccinated.
Practical
- Work-study program: practical work and an average of 1 day per week at school at an educational institution.
- Training offered in collaboration with an MBO institution.
- Entry possible in February, April, September, or October.
- Receipt of a nationally recognized certificate within 1 year.
- One-year contract.
- Salary in scale 30 (CAO VVT) entry-level periodic, depending on education and background.
- Holiday allowance (8.33%) and year-end bonus (8%).
- Excellent employment conditions according to the CAO VVT, including travel expenses, leave days, pension accrual, and collective health insurance.
