For an international organization, a modern, professional, and interactive e-learning is being developed around leadership.
- The e-learning will be approximately 30 minutes long and rolled out globally to about 3,000 managers.
- The content is based on the established competencies for strong leadership.
What you do
- You translate competencies into an attractive learning path with theory, exercises, and interactive elements.
- You handle the technical implementation from A to Z.
- You ensure a contemporary design and an output in SCORM format.
- The choice of the authoring tool is still open.
- You develop the basic version of this e-learning in English.

- Demonstrable experience with instructional design and e-learning development.
- Strong technical knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and SCORM publication.
- Didactic insight.
- Strong sense of design, interactivity, and user-friendliness.
- Ability to independently realize an e-learning project from concept to finished product.
- Ability to present concrete examples of previously developed e-learnings.
Profile
- Required studies: Professional bachelor.
- Language skills: Dutch (Good), English (Good).
