What you do
You will be part of the purchasing team and assist the organization with various purchasing and contract issues. You combine legal expertise in public procurement and contract law with an active role in the execution of tender processes. You switch smoothly between legal advice, file management, and consultation with internal departments, ensuring that files are processed correctly, transparently, and efficiently.
- You guide purchasing and tender procedures from preparation to award.
- You advise colleagues and internal departments on public procurement and purchasing procedures.
- You draw up specifications, selection criteria, and award criteria.
- You meticulously follow the legal steps within tenders.
- You analyze offers and prepare legal reports and advice.
- You perform risk analyses on each file and formulate recommendations to prevent legal problems.
- You check contracts, agreements, and purchasing files for legal correctness.
- You conduct contract negotiations and help develop solutions for contractual disputes.
- You draw up and follow up on contracts and cooperation agreements.
- You monitor contractual agreements, changes, extensions, and deadlines.
- You keep up with relevant developments in public procurement and contract law.
- You share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to improving processes, guidelines, and templates.
- You are ultimately responsible for all purchases and public procurement within the organization and its affiliated entities, guaranteeing a correct, transparent, and legally valid application of public procurement legislation.

- A Master's degree in Law.
- Thorough knowledge of public procurement legislation.
- Knowledge of contract law and experience with contract management.
- Experience with purchasing and tender files.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to convey legal information understandably.
- Experience with IT contract management (or strong interest) is a plus.
