You will connect with an aging client group within a protected living environment. You will focus on the clients' own strengths to provide the most appropriate personal guidance.
What you will do.
- Observe, signal, and report, focusing on preventive measures and the client's capabilities.
- Maintain contact with the client's network where necessary.
- Stimulate and motivate clients to undertake activities that contribute to their recovery process.
- Be attentive to the client's living environment and support them in maintaining it.
- Provide frameworks within which the client can and may learn.
- Work irregular shifts (morning/evening/night) on-site, guiding individual clients as well as the group process.

Profile
- Completed MBO MMZ, social work, or similar education.
- Affinity with psychiatry and addiction.
