What you will do.

  • You will provide contextual guidance to entrusted children, young people, and their parents. This guidance is tailored to their needs and requests to ensure and promote their emotional well-being, safety, independence, and self-reliance.
  • Throughout the guidance process, you will consider all aspects of the family situation, their network, and other involved care providers.
  • You adopt a positive and motivating approach, see solutions, and consider the individuality of each person in every case.
  • Together with the multidisciplinary team, you will report your findings and collaborate on a joint support plan to improve the family situation.
  • You strive for a partnership with the children, young people, and their context for optimal guidance and support.

What they ask for.

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in a social field (pedagogy, agogy, psychology, orthopedagogy…).
  • Experience as a contextual guide is preferred.
  • You possess a driving license and potentially your own car.

Practical

  • The initial selection is based on a CV and a motivated cover letter.
  • The procedure includes an exploratory interview and a jury interview.
