- Guide employees during absence

- Utilize medical expertise, interpersonal skills, coaching abilities, and knowledge of laws and regulations
- Actively contribute ideas and guide colleagues
- Contribute to team collaboration
What they ask
- BIG registration (Dutch healthcare professionals register)
- Preferably several years of work experience as a physician
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Driving license B and willingness to travel to client locations
- Flexible and deployable at other locations within a maximum travel time of one hour

Practical
- Permanent contract with a two-month probationary period
