For a growing financial advisory firm with a strong real estate department, a recognized real estate agent is sought who actively wants to contribute to the further development of the region. You will also take the lead of the real estate team.
What you do
- Guide the entire real estate sales process: from the first contact with the owner up to and including the successful completion of the sale.
- Actively prospect and attract new sales assignments in the region.
- Advise owners on the sales strategy, positioning, and market value of their property.
- Guide potential buyers and ensure professional follow-up.
- Manage sales files from intake to signing of the deed.
- Prepare and follow up on agreements and administrative documents.
- Inform and advise clients throughout the entire process.
- Combine commercial activities with accurate administrative follow-up.
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal experts to offer clients a complete service.
Profile
- Recognized real estate agent with a valid BIV number.
- Experience in real estate sales and comfortable in client and prospecting conversations.
- Commercially oriented and energized by attracting new assignments.
- Communicate fluently, professionally, and convincingly.
- Work independently, organized, and with the necessary maturity.
- Knowledge of the local region or a strong professional network there.
- Possess a B driving license and own car.
- Evening and weekend appointments are not a problem.
- Customer-focused and keen to build long-term relationships.
- Enjoy working together, but also take responsibility independently.
