In this position, you ensure that flexible employees, clients, and colleagues can rely on each other. Thanks to your overview, decisiveness, and communication skills, planning runs smoothly, processes remain in order, and employees receive the attention they deserve.
You will work for leading organizations within the social domain, education, and the public sector, such as a public transport company, a provincial government, various regional training centers, a media company, and a municipal government. Together with an enthusiastic team of seven colleagues, you form the engine behind successful personnel deployment. You keep all balls in the air, switch quickly when circumstances change, and ensure that both clients and employees are optimally supported. No day is the same.
One day you ensure solid planning and contribute to capacity issues. The next day you support employees with HR-related questions, coordinate personnel deployment with stakeholders, or work on process improvements that elevate service to a higher level.
What you do
- Ensure optimal personnel planning and staffing for various clients.
- Liaise with managers, stakeholders, and employees about deployability, capacity, and planning.
- Prepare, process, and manage contracts, mutations, and other HR administration.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose appropriate solutions.
- Guide and support employees throughout their entire deployment period.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and HR-related questions.
- Monitor deadlines, agreements, and administrative processes.
- Actively contribute to improving processes, services, and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients.
Profile
We are looking for a driven and structured HR consultant who enjoys switching between various tasks and stakeholders.
- MBO 4 or HBO level, preferably HRM or Business Administration.
- Experience with planning, administration, or HR processes is a plus.
- You work accurately and maintain an overview under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
- Communicatively skilled with various target groups.
