We are looking for multiple KYC Analysts for a new KYC team within a financial institution. You will work on the onboarding of private clients and play an important role in the careful and compliant opening of new accounts.
What you will do. As a KYC Analyst, you will check and process the client information required to onboard a new client. You will ensure that all data is correct and complete in the systems and that the applicable KYC and Wwft requirements are met.
- Check and complete client data
- Assess client information for opening an account
- Check the purpose and nature of the account
- Administratively process and open new accounts
- Request additional client information by phone and email
- Work according to applicable KYC and Wwft guidelines
- Monitor timely and high-quality processing of dossiers
Profile
You work accurately, take responsibility for your files, and can handle different systems and lead times well.
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience as an Onboarding Analyst or KYC Analyst
- Preferably experience within financial services
- Knowledge of the Wwft
- Good communication skills
- An accurate and results-oriented approach
- Preferably Wft Basis
