Within a care organization, you will work as a Youth Counselor in a dynamic Youth Care Plus environment where no day is the same. You will guide young people aged 12 to 18 with complex behavioral problems, a mild intellectual disability, and psychiatric challenges. Together with your team, you will provide intensive daily care and support, focused on stability and development. You will work in rotating shifts (day, evening, and night) and contribute to a safe and structured living environment.

What you will do.
- Guide young people in their daily lives and provide appropriate care and structure

- Support daily activities such as school, meals, and leisure time

Practical
- The organization offers specialized youth care (Jeugdzorgplus) to young people who temporarily cannot live at home. The focus is on development, perspective, and restoring balance, together with young people and their network.
- You will work on a site with multiple residential facilities where young people have their own room. There is an on-site school and day activities.
- You will work with a multidisciplinary team of youth care workers, behavioral experts, and teachers within a 24-hour care structure.
- The schedule consists of three shifts: Day shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM), Evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Night shift (10:45 PM – 7:45 AM).
