A QMS Specialist is sought to strengthen an organization within a Quality team. This role focuses on the daily management and follow-up of the Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong emphasis on documentation, audits, and quality processes. You will work in an environment where structure and accuracy are important. It is a role where you ensure that the QMS remains up-to-date, audits are well-prepared, and actions are correctly followed up.
What you will do.
- Support the Quality team in maintaining and further following up on the QMS
- Monitor and keep the Quality Management System up-to-date
- Prepare and follow up on Management reviews
- Be responsible for the follow-up of IFS
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on internal audits
- Co-monitor actions and improvement points from audits
- Manage and update quality documentation and procedures
- Establish planning and retro-planning towards audits
- Ensure that the necessary documentation is available in a timely and correct manner
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders regarding quality and documentation
- Contribute to smaller improvement initiatives within the QMS
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or scientific field
- First relevant experience within Quality, QMS, or quality management
- Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes
- Experience with documentation, procedures, and administrative follow-up
- Structured and accurate way of working
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your files
- Strong communication skills and able to collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, with a good knowledge of French
- Available quickly
- Junior profiles with quality experience are also encouraged to apply
