A care organization provides support and guidance to the elderly, including 80 people with dementia spread across 11 residences. Each residence consists of 7 or 8 apartments and has its own living room and kitchen. Various activities are organized daily.
What you do
- Support colleagues and residents in daily household tasks.
- Perform cleaning activities.
- Serve coffee/tea and meals.
- Tidy up groceries, laundry, and other related tasks.
- Create a hygienic, warm, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Be part of the team responsible for client care based on the care plan.
- Contribute to supervision in the living room.
- Register performed actions in the client file.
- Adjust tasks to the client's self-reliance and needs.
- Involve clients in household tasks where possible.
