An organization is looking for a Project Engineer E&I with expertise in electrical installations, instrumentation, and machine controls. You will independently manage projects, from design and technical specifications to execution and commissioning.
What you will do.
- Translate P&IDs into instrument lists, component selections, and technical specifications.
- Select and specify instrumentation, PLC hardware, and electrical components.
- Develop the detailed engineering of control cabinets.
- Analyze and renew low-voltage distributions, including distribution architecture and an implementation plan with minimal production downtime.
- Identify electrical non-conformities, develop adjustments according to AREI, and guide inspections.
- Prepare technical specifications and requests for quotations (RFQs) and coordinate with suppliers.
- Coordinate execution, commissioning, and delivery, in consultation with production, maintenance, and engineering.
Profile
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, energy technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with machine controls, instrumentation, PLC hardware, and electrical cabinet construction.
- Proven experience with the renovation of low-voltage installations.
- Thorough knowledge of AREI.
- Knowledge of ATEX, machine safety, and functional safety is a plus.
- Experience within the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry is an asset.
- You independently manage projects from A to Z and coordinate smoothly with technical and operational teams.
