In this assignment, as a Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will make a difference in the lives of people with complex psychiatric disorders. You play a crucial role within the WLZ (Long-term Care Act) context, where you guide adults with severe psychiatric disorders (EPA target group). You are central to individual treatment policy and work closely with the nursing team and the operational team leader. You translate the latest insights and treatment guidelines into tailor-made solutions, adapted to the unique care needs of each client. You continuously assess whether the treatment is still appropriate. Furthermore, you propagate the vision on care and coach the nursing team in this. This role offers a unique combination of medical and nursing tasks. You are the central point of contact, monitor the integrity of the treatment process, and contribute to quality improvement.

- Be central to the treatment process, ensuring high-quality and recovery-oriented care through your expertise and commitment
- Contribute to sustainable recovery and continuous improvement of care quality

- A completed master's degree as a Nurse Specialist (MANP) with a specialization in Mental Health (GGZ) and corresponding BIG registration
- Or a comparable level of knowledge and experience from another discipline
- Affinity with long-term psychiatry
