What you will do.
- Provide education for the Bachelor's program in Pedagogy.
- Give skills training.
- Coach and guide students with their professional products.
- Provide graduation supervision.
- Guide students based on knowledge and practical experience, considering the requirements for graduates.
What they ask
- Relevant Master's degree, for example (Ortho-)pedagogy or Special Educational Needs (required).
- Completed supervision training (recommended).
- Work experience related to the pedagogical field (youth work, welfare work, parenting support).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education.
- Demonstrably good didactic qualities and digital skills (preferably with a basic didactic qualification - BDB).
- Additional specific knowledge and/or skills, for example in media literacy, divorce, or citizenship (desired).
- Experience with formative assessment, didactic coaching, and working with learning communities (desired).
- Availability on Fridays.
- Curious, social, flexible, and able to handle peak workloads.
