An organization specializing in construction accessories and technical solutions for civil engineering and prefabrication is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support employee.
What you will do.
- You prepare quotations in consultation with the client and explain the best solution.
- You correctly process customer orders in the ERP system.
- You work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- You build strong customer relationships, together with the Sales Team.
- You monitor deliveries and ensure correct, timely invoicing.
- You support the preparation of reports and quotations for clients and purchasing organizations.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You have experience in customer service or after-sales (a major asset!).
- You have technical knowledge; experience in the construction sector is a plus.
- You are customer-oriented, commercially minded, and think in solutions.
- You are a team player who communicates smoothly and enjoys coordinating.
- You work proficiently with MS Office and have insight into CRM systems.
- You are fluent in Dutch, have a good knowledge of French, and basic English.
