- Teaching qualification/didactic certificate
- Skill in dealing with groups and performing group dynamic interventions
- Proficient in the use of and advising on educational resources
- Skill in procedural and process-oriented coordination
- Knowledge of integrity, philosophy, and ethics or other relevant specialized training in the field of integrity
Experience requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in teaching and/or training adults
- Demonstrable affinity with integrity-related topics
- Temporary employment experience (desired)
- Experience participating in innovative, multidisciplinary education and training projects (desired)

Practical
- A security screening is part of the selection procedure; Dutch nationality or a combined permit for residence and work (GVVA) is required for this
