A judicial organization is looking for a Commercial Law Manager. The position is open to both judges and non-judges.

What you will do.

You will manage a part of the Commercial Law cluster.
You will have direct contact with the board and collaborate closely with legal and administrative team leaders.
You will foster collaboration and ensure a pleasant working environment.
You will contribute to the annual plan and look for opportunities to improve work processes.
You will work independently, make your own considerations, and take responsibility for your choices and results.
You will work pragmatically, project-based, results-oriented, and at a strategic level.
You will work on organization-wide portfolios such as personnel & organization, finance, security, timely justice, innovation, and IT.
You will ensure smooth cooperation between legal and administrative teams.
You will design smarter and more efficient work processes, with an eye for quality and customization.
You will create a pleasant and professional working environment.

What they ask

Profile

Master's degree (WO) in, for example, law, business administration, or another relevant field.
Extensive experience in leading experienced professionals in a complex, service-oriented, and business environment.
Education and/or training in leadership.
Coaching and facilitating leadership style, with the capacity to let go of execution when possible.
Strategic insight and the ability to translate this into the organization.
Experience in drawing up annual plans and associated budgets.
Knowledge of Commercial Law is a plus, not a requirement.
