Recruiter
Embarking on a journey as an independent recruiter is a true challenge, involving three distinct roles:
- An autonomous, structured, and audacious business leader
- An outstanding salesperson, skilled in both prospecting and customer retention
- A knowledgeable recruiter, adept at finding the right balance between quality and responsiveness
What you will do.
- Opportunity identification: understanding your market to address it effectively
- Prospecting: finding your method (network, cold call, cold mail, ad-chase, CV push, etc.)
- Client relationship: where the consultant's posture and advisory dimension truly come into play
- Candidate sourcing: a skilled hunter knows how to hunt
- Candidate relationship: these are your first clients (listening, evaluation, support, feedback, regular follow-up, talent pool maintenance)
Support and tools. A partner organization offers comprehensive support for independent recruiters:
- Administrative: assistance with daily procedures (choice of legal structure, drafting and signing recruitment mandates, invoicing and collection management)
- Training: a unique 40-hour training covering all key aspects for a solid start: prospecting, recruitment, and managing your freelance activity. Continuous training on specific topics is also organized to stay current after launch.
- Coaching: personalized "bootcamp" coaching program over 8 weeks to quickly find your first clients and launch your activity smoothly
- Collective: regular exchanges with the collective, sharing best practices, sharing assignments and candidates, network animation, seminars
- Sectors: benefit from headquarters' marketing efforts and a structured sectoral approach across many business verticals
- Tools: access to the best tools at a preferential rate (CRM, ATS, job posting distribution, CV databases, contact enrichment, prospecting lists, personality tests, ad-chase, knowledge base, etc.)
- Remuneration: receive 70% to 90% of your assignments based on your turnover, share assignments (and fees) with other members, and develop your passive income in exchange for network development and animation
