• Review requirements for completeness, consistency and testability.
• Define and implement test strategies, approaches, scope and planning.
• Estimate testing effort and contribute to overall project planning.
• Design test scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate test preparation, execution and follow-up across project teams.
• Organise test data and test-environment preparation.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, defects and results, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify suitable tests for inclusion in the regression test portfolio.
• Coordinate regression and non-functional testing, including performance and security-related testing.
• Prepare test cases and scenarios suitable for future automation.
• Work across multiple projects while maintaining a structured, quality-focused approach.

What they ask

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing, test management or QA leadership.
• Proven experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of test management principles, methodologies and software testing lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience defining test strategies and coordinating end-to-end test activities.
• Experience with requirements management, business processes and translating requirements into effective test scenarios.
• Experience with test data and test-environment preparation.
• Good understanding of application landscapes, software development lifecycle models and IT delivery practices.
• Working knowledge of non-functional requirements and application architecture.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
