As a basic doctor, you will have the opportunity to gain broad work experience outside the hospital. You will get acquainted with various healthcare sectors, with more room for personal attention, long-term treatment relationships, and professional development.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the medical supervision of clients and patients within the organization where you are deployed.
- Drawing up treatment plans.
- Performing medical assessments.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Developing in various medical directions, such as:
- Geriatric medicine
- Psychiatry (child & youth, adults, and elderly)
- Occupational medicine
- Addiction medicine
- Insurance medicine
- Youth healthcare
- Rehabilitation medicine
- Care for people with disabilities
Profile
- Completed medical degree (Master of Medicine).
- Valid BIG registration.
- Affinity with one or more healthcare target groups within elderly care, mental health care, occupational medicine, care for people with disabilities, or related sectors.
- Eager to learn and strong communication skills.
- Wants to further develop as a doctor.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

- Employment contract through a secondment organization with challenging assignments within various healthcare sectors.
- Salary in accordance with the applicable collective labor agreement for the relevant target group (often scale 65).
