Since early 2024, a partly outpatient, partly clinical treatment has been offered to patients in whom, in combination with complex PTSD, destructive behavior has arisen that interferes with outpatient trauma treatment. For this target group, a Dialectical Behavior and Trauma Therapy (DBTT) program has been developed. In the clinic, diagnostics and treatments take place for people with severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The clinic is an open department, and patients are admitted voluntarily.
Treatments in the clinic take place in a multidisciplinary context and include both longer-term and highly intensive short-term treatments.
What you do
- Perform diagnostics, including intakes and psychodiagnostic examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans within a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Treat severely traumatized patients, both individually and in groups
- Participate in the DBTT treatment program
- Contribute to treatment policy and the further development of new treatment methodologies
- Contribute to knowledge development and knowledge transfer within the care chains of the target groups
Profile
- BIG registration as a Health Psychologist
- Proficiency and affinity with one or more evidence-based trauma treatments, such as IE, EMDR, NET, and/or BEPP
- Knowledge of and experience in dialectical behavior therapy, or willingness to delve into it and work with it
- Experience and/or affinity with working with severely traumatized patients, with PTSD, emotion regulation problems, and destructive behavior that can disrupt outpatient treatment
- Willingness to apply for an up-to-date Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed)
