You are the knowledge holder of low-code development best practices and oversee their application across all apps. You are the coach and point of contact for colleagues in the organization's low-code ServiceNow team. In close collaboration with the Product Owner, you consider how low-code can deliver the greatest value to the organization. For this, you will visit various departments with a Business Analyst to discuss business processes.
Within your domain, you oversee and identify reusable solutions across different value chains. You manage the complete application lifecycle. With a keen eye for performance, you monitor the impact of applications after delivery, analyze the results, and provide concrete improvement proposals. Additionally, you mentor medior and junior developer colleagues; you elevate their development skills and coach them on UI/UX skills.
You are a true pioneer who, with analytical insight and a results-oriented mentality, translates complex issues into efficient, user-friendly digital solutions. In addition to production, sufficient attention is given to innovation, knowledge building, and sharing. What they ask
- University (WO) work and thinking level, at least an HBO bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Work experience with the ServiceNow low-code platform is required.
- In possession of a ServiceNow CSA and CAD certificate.
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining IT software applications with Low-code ServiceNow.
- Experience coaching junior colleagues.
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., UML, ERD).
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Javascript, Python).
- Experience as a technical lead within projects.
- Experience creating functional and technical designs.
Practical
- A mandatory security investigation and reference check (upon request) are part of the selection procedure.
- You must take the oath or promise for civilian employees of the government organization.
- You must have Dutch nationality.
