You will be the driving force in a scrum/agile team, working closely with a Business Analyst to translate business processes into a ServiceNow application. You will identify opportunities, design, and build smart Low-Code solutions that accelerate current and future operational processes. Bi-weekly, you will meet with end-users from the organization's operations to present the completed work from the sprint.
You will engage with them and critically think about how the application can best support business processes. Additionally, you will continuously optimize the built solutions and assist with management and further development. There is ample attention for innovation, knowledge building, and sharing within the organization.

What they ask
- University (WO) working and thinking level, minimum HBO bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Work experience with application development
- Minimum ServiceNow CSA certificate (a ServiceNow CAD certificate is a plus)
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining IT software applications (Generic)
- Experience coaching junior colleagues
- Experience with Scrum/Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with requirement analysis for non-IT users
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., UML, ERD)
- Experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
- Experience in creating functional and technical designs
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
Practical
- Mandatory security screening and reference check
- Swearing an oath or making a promise for civilian employees
- Dutch nationality required
